DURALON PNW Nylon Primer eliminates the problem areas associated with solvent based systems, yet provides equivalent and often superior performance. You can forget about solvent fumes, flash point, flammability, odors, evaporation, solvent costs, extra handling steps and high insurance costs. A water reducible system offers safety, ease of control, low maintenance cost and application convenience.

Consider the following engineering advantages:

1. The priming step becomes inconspicuous - DURALON PNW Nylong Primer can be applied as a final stage of the metal pretreatment line, after the final rins. This can eliminate two dry-off steps.

2. Primer control is simplified. Evaporation of the aqueous primer is negligible, and consumption is much more predictable.

3. Skyrocketing solvent costs and availablity make DURALON PNW even more attractive. Conventional tap water is employed for solids adjustment and control.

4. Possible conflict with EPA, OSHA, and other local pollution control agencies is avoided.

5. DURALON PNW, reduced to the proper application solids level may be applied in a manner compatible with your present equipment, be it dip, spray or flow-coat.
